Je werkt vanuit Amsterdam aan het beschermen van ons merk en het navigeren door complexe regelgeving in diverse markten. Wat ga je doen? - Advies geven op IP-strategie: merken, copyrights en patenten beschermen en uitbouwen - Marketinginitiatieven juridisch beoordelen en compliance waarborgen - Contracten opstellen en onderhandelen met partners, agencies en leveranciers - Samenwerken met teams across the organization om regelgeving en risico's proactief in te schatten - Juridische standpunten bepalen bij disputes en geschillen Wat breng je mee? - Minimum 8 jaar ervaring in IP-recht, merkrecht of marketing law - Diepgaande kennis van intellectueel eigendom en e-commerce regelgeving - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail - Vermogen om complexe juridische materie helder te communiceren naar niet-juridische stakeholders - Zelfstandigheid met affiniteit voor samenwerking in een diverse omgeving Wat bieden wij?
