Samenvatting Als Senior Manager Communications ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de communicatie- en pr-strategie van A&O Shearman in Nederland. Je adviseert het management team, partners en andere senior stakeholders over positionering, reputatie en communicatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met nationale en internationale collega's om lokale activiteiten aan te laten sluiten op de wereldwijde strategie. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het versterken van de merkvoorkeur, zichtbaarheid en thought leadership-positie van het kantoor. Daarnaast waarborg je effectieve interne en externe communicatie en stuur je op reputatie- en crisiscommunicatie. Waar kom je te werken? Je werkt vanuit Amsterdam binnen het Marketing & Communicatie team van A&O Shearman (12 FTE). In deze rol werk je nauw samen met partners, het management team en internationale collega's binnen het wereldwijde netwerk van het kantoor. De functie kent een sterke internationale component en een intensieve samenwerking met diverse interne en externe stakeholders. Wat ga je doen? - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een geïntegreerde communicatie- en pr-strategie. - Je adviseert het management team, partners en stakeholders over communicatie- en reputatievraagstukken. - Je versterkt de merkidentiteit, positionering en kernwaarden van de organisatie. - Je ontwikkelt pr-beleid, mediarelaties, sponsorships en thought leadership-programma's. - Je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met journalisten, media en brancheorganisaties. - Je coördineert persberichten, media-interviews en andere externe commun...
