In deze rol kun je je ontwikkelen tot specialist in ecologisch natuurbeheer en -ontwikkeling. Team Inrichting & Beheer is de ecologische aannemer van Natuurlijke Zaken, de zakelijke dienstverlening van Landschap Noord-Holland. Wij zijn echte specialisten in het ecologisch beheren van (natuur)gebieden en terreinen. Ons team is klantgericht, ondernemend en levert hoge kwaliteit. We werken in onze eigen natuurgebieden, maar ook voor waterschappen, gemeentes, provincies en woningcorporaties in de hele provincie Noord-Holland. De inkomsten uit ons werk komen ten goede aan de natuurdoelstellingen en ambities van Stichting Landschap Noord-Holland Jouw rol Binnen gemeentes of natuurgebieden werk je zelfstandig aan diverse projecten zoals ecologisch maaibeheer, bosbeheer, hovenierswerk of het plaatsen van houten landhekken en andere timmerwerken zoals bijvoorbeeld faunapassages. Binnen het project fungeer jij als eerste aanspreekpunt. Verder zet je jouw ervaring in om collega's te helpen ontwikkelen tot een echte allrounder in ecologisch natuurbeheerder met liefde en passie voor je vak. Bij ons is sociaal ondernemen een belangrijk onderdeel; we bieden mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt de kans om werkervaring op te doen. Je werkt met hen samen. Jij neemt mee: • MBO+ werk en denkniveau • Klantgericht en denken in oplossingen • VCA-VOL certificaat (of bereid deze te halen) • Rijbewijs B (E), rijbewijs C is een pré o Besturen van midi rupskraan, tractor en/of maaimachine voor maai, snoei en graafwerk. • Zelfstandig werkend op projecten • Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring Wij bieden jou: Een informele en dynamische werkomgeving met korte lijnen en veel zelfstandigheid.
