Heb jij meerdere jaren ervaring met HVAC-ontwerp en -dimensionering en wil je terechtkomen in een omgeving waar jouw expertise écht telt?

Ben jij iemand die graag technische vraagstukken tot op de bodem uitzoekt, energie-efficiënte oplossingen bedenkt en voldoening haalt uit projecten van concept tot realisatie? Dan is dit een mooie kans om je ervaring in te zetten binnen een stabiel en dynamisch studiebureau met een sterke technische reputatie.

Jouw toekomstige werkomgeving

Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerd studiebureau voor gebouwtechnieken dat al meer dan 40 jaar actief is in de bouwsector.

Vanuit een mooi en aangenaam kantoor in een rustige, landelijke omgeving werkt een team van ongeveer 15 gedreven collega’s dagelijks aan technische oplossingen voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten.

De klantenportefeuille is breed: van overheden en industrie tot winkelketens, hotels, ziekenhuizen, woonzorgcentra, projectontwikkelaars en architecten.

De rode draad doorheen de projecten? Techniek, duurzaamheid en energie-efficiëntie. Hernieuwbare energie en toekomstgerichte gebouwtechnieken zijn belangrijke speerpunten binnen het bureau.

Je werkt bovendien in een omgeving waar collega’s elkaar kennen, kennis delen en samen de schouders onder projecten zetten. De communicatielijnen zijn kort en er is ruimte voor initiatief, overleg én een gezonde dosis ontspanning.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Ontwerpingenieur HVAC neem je een belangrijke technische rol op binnen uiteenlopende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten.

Je vertaalt de behoeften van opdrachtgevers naar technisch sterke, duurzame en energie-efficiënte HVAC-oplossingen en bewaakt daarbij de kwaliteit van je ontwerp.

Concreet:

  • Je staat in voor het ontwerp en de dimensionering van HVAC-installaties.
  • Je voert technische berekeningen uit en werkt plannen en schema’s uit.
  • Je stelt meetstaten en lastenboeken op.
  • Je volgt projecten mee op van concept tot realisatie.
  • Je denkt actief mee over technische oplossingen en optimalisaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, collega-ingenieurs en aannemers.
  • Je bewaakt de technische haalbaarheid en kwaliteit van de gekozen oplossingen.
  • Je krijgt de zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid om je expertise volop in te zetten.
  • Waar nodig deel je jouw kennis met collega’s en draag je bij aan de verdere technische ontwikkeling van het team.

Je krijgt daarbij de nodige ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s, maar vooral ook de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren technische professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma industriële wetenschappen of ingenieurswetenschappen, elektromechanica, energie of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring met het ontwerp en de dimensionering van HVAC-installaties.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige technische kennis van HVAC, relevante normen en regelgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, architecten, aannemers en collega’s.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt mee, ook buiten je eigen takenpakket.
  • Je hebt interesse in duurzame en energie-efficiënte gebouwtechnieken.
