Vind direct een nieuwe vacature: Senior operator (2-ploegendienst) - Assendelft - 40 uur - Detacheren - Mbo Ben jij een ervaren operator in 2-ploegendienst die wil werken in recycling met verantwoordelijkheid over proces, team en kwaliteit? Over het werk Als senior operator binnen de bodemasopwerkingsinstallatie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een stabiel, veilig en efficiënt productieproces. Je bewaakt het totale proces, stuurt bij waar nodig en treedt op als eerste aanspreekpunt bij afwijkingen of storingen. Met jouw ervaring neem je de leiding in complexe situaties en zorg je voor continuïteit, ook bij afwezigheid van de teamleider. Je voert inspecties en (licht) preventief onderhoud uit, bewaakt de toevoer, dosering en scheiding van materialen en registreert nauwkeurig alle proces- en kwaliteitsmetingen. Daarnaast begeleid je operators in opleiding en draag je actief kennis over binnen het team. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in verbeterprojecten zoals LEAN, 5S en Kaizen en denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisatie. Met jouw senioriteit, besluitvaardigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zorg je dat het productieproces soepel, veilig en betrouwbaar blijft draaien.
