Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar je te maken krijgt met complexe cao's, wekelijkse deadlines en voortdurend veranderende wet- en regelgeving. Jouw expertise en nauwkeurigheid dragen direct bij aan de tevredenheid van onze flexkrachten en de compliance van onze organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Verwerken van mutaties en salarisbetalingen in Mysolution en zorgen voor een correcte inrichting van cao-voorwaarden. - Controleren van de salarisadministratie op naleving van wet- en regelgeving en signaleren van verbeterpunten. - Genereren en analyseren van rapportages om afwijkingen en risico's in de payroll tijdig te identificeren en op te lossen. - Beantwoorden van vragen van collega's en flexkrachten over salaris, loonstroken en arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en automatiseringsprojecten binnen het payrollteam. - Opstellen en bewaken van balansdossiers en financiële aansluitingen - Ondersteunen bij periodieke audits, interne controles en overleg met externe instanties Wat bieden wij je? - Salaris van €3.500 tot €5.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. - Jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - 6% Persoonlijk/Flexibel Budget voor extra vrije dagen, vitaliteit of extra inkomen. - 20 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld. - Hybride werken: deels op kantoor in Almere, deels thuis. - Thuiswerkbudget van €600 per 5 jaar en €36 netto thuiswerkvergoeding per maand. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,24 per kilometer of 100% OV-vergoeding (2e klas). - Goede pensioenregeling voor je toekomst. - Budget voor opleidingen, trainingen en doorgroei binnen RGF Staffing. - ...
