Je werkt mee, denkt mee en maakt het elke dag slimmer. Söderberg & Partners groeit hard. In Nederland én in Europa. Dat betekent: nieuwe collega's, nieuwe bedrijven en steeds meer dynamiek in onze payroll en systemen. Binnen HR en Payroll bouwen we actief aan een centrale en toekomstbestendige inrichting. We zorgen dat de basis staat, maar zijn tegelijkertijd continu bezig met verbeteren en professionaliseren. AFAS speelt daarin een sleutelrol. Als Senior Payroll Specialist / Functioneel Beheerder AFAS zit jij precies op het snijvlak van operatie en verbetering. Je zorgt dat de salarisverwerking klopt, maar hebt vooral impact op hoe processen en systemen worden ingericht en doorontwikkeld. Je stapt in op een moment waarop nog niet alles vastligt. Dat geeft tempo en dynamiek - maar vooral veel ruimte om zelf richting te geven en echt iets neer te zetten. Jouw rol In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en efficiënte salarisverwerking, maar je kijkt nadrukkelijk verder dan alleen de operatie. Je ziet waar het beter kan en pakt dat ook op. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het verzorgen van de maandelijkse salarisverwerking van A tot Z - Het analyseren en verbeteren van payroll processen - Het functioneel beheren en doorontwikkelen van AFAS - Het inrichten en optimaliseren van workflows en datastromen - Het signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in processen en systemen Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor HR, management en collega's. Je vertaalt vragen naar concrete oplossingen en zorgt dat systemen de organisatie ondersteunen in plaats van vertragen.
