Voor onze afdeling Sales@Home zoeken wij een Senior Planner die zorgt voor een efficiënte planning van onze adviseurs aan huis en een belangrijke rol speelt binnen het planningsteam. Hoe ziet je dag eruit? Als Senior Planner Sales@Home ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning van onze adviseurs die klanten thuis adviseren over raamdecoratie. Je bewaakt de capaciteit, optimaliseert routes en lost zelfstandig complexe planningsuitdagingen op. Daarnaast ben je een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's en draag je bij aan het verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van de planning van de adviseurs; - Het zo efficiënt mogelijk plannen van afspraken en routes om zo de beschikbare capaciteit optimaal te benutten; - Verwerken van wijzigingen, annuleringen en spoedaanvragen; - Monitoren en bijsturen van de planning gedurende de dag; - Afstemmen van afspraken met klanten en adviseurs; - Het oplossen van complexe planningsvraagstukken; - Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van (nieuwe) collega's; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen.
