Deine Rolle

Großartige Software braucht mehr als starke Entwicklungsteams. Sie braucht eine Plattform, die Entwicklung einfacher, sicherer und effizienter macht.

Deshalb entwickeln wir bei Untis eine Internal Developer Platform als Produkt - für unsere eigenen Entwicklungsteams, mit denen wir täglich zusammenarbeiten. Sie bildet die gemeinsame Grundlage für die Entwicklungsteams und ist der einfachste und effektivste Weg, Software zu entwickeln, zu deployen und zu betreiben.

Wir möchten, dass sich unsere Teams auf die Entwicklung großartiger Produkte konzentrieren können, anstatt dieselben Probleme immer wieder neu zu lösen. Durch Self-Service Angebote, abgestimmte Golden Paths und durchdachte Standards schaffen wir eine Plattform, die Entwicklung beschleunigt, Zusammenarbeit vereinfacht und Sicherheit sowie Zuverlässigkeit von Anfang an berücksichtigt.

Als Product Owner gestaltest du gemeinsam mit unserem Foundation Team die Zukunft unserer internal Developer Platform. Du entwickelst ihre langfristige Produktvision und sorgst dafür, dass wir sie dort weiterentwickeln, wo sie den größten Mehrwert für unsere Entwicklungsteams schafft. Dabei findest du die richtige Balance zwischen den Anforderungen von heute, der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen und den Herausforderungen von morgen. Du bringst unterschiedliche Stakeholder zusammen, triffst Priorisierungsentscheidungen und schaffst Orientierung für langfristige Plattforminvestitionen.

Wir suchen keine Person, die eine bestehende Roadmap oder Backlogs verwaltet. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Vision, die Veränderungen aktiv vorantreibt, Menschen dafür begeistert und gemeinsam mit unserem Team die Zukunft von Platform Engineering bei Untis gestaltet.

Unser Erfolg zeigt sich nicht daran, dass die Entwicklungsteams unsere Plattform nutzen müssen - sondern, dass sie sie nutzen wollen.

Gehalt

Wir suchen eine Vollzeit-Anstellung. Marktorientierte Gehaltsspanne zwischen € 4.800-€ 6.600 brutto pro Monat (38,5h/Woche und kein All-in). Abhängig von Deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.

Wir praktizieren eine offene Kommunikation, sind stolz auf unsere Produkte, aber verstecken auch unsere aktuellen sensiblen Punkte nicht.
