UNTHA shredding technology entwickelt und produziert Zerkleinerungslösungen für eine Vielzahl unterschiedlichster Anwendungsfälle. Das Einsatzspektrum reicht von der Zerkleinerung von Holz für die thermische Verwertung bis hin zur Aufbereitung von Müll zu Sekundärbrennstoffen. Mit einem weltweiten Vertriebsnetz sind wir auf allen Kontinenten vertreten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n 1 Senior Produktmanager (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben - Was Du bei uns machst?

* Verantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung einer unserer Shredder von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung

* Identifikation von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen und technologischen Entwicklungen zur Ableitung von Produktinnovationen

* Verantwortung für Produktserienportfolio mit An- und Auslaufsteuerung

* Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit Key Accounts, Vertrieb und Service zur Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen und Produktanpassungen

* Laufende Analyse von Produktkosten, Deckungsbeiträgen, Lebenszyklen und Performance-Kennzahlen

* Erstellung und Präsentation technischer Produkt- und Schulungsunterlagen für interne und externe Stakeholder, sowie Repräsentation auf Fachmessen und Konferenzen

Unsere Anforderungen - Was Du mitbringen musst

* Abgeschlossenes technisches und/oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (mit technischer Vorausbildung (z. B. Lehre oder HTL-Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement

* Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und interdisziplinären Teams

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft >30%
