Als Senior Projectleider Afwerking neem jij de volledige regie van uitdagende bouwprojecten in handen, van de eerste spadesteek tot de definitieve oplevering.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële opvolging en bewaakt strikt de budgetten en rendementen van jouw werven.
  • Dagelijks stuur je de werfleiders en onderaannemers aan, waarbij je zorgt voor een duidelijke planning en een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met de bouwheer, architecten en ingenieurs behoort tot jouw taken, waarbij je technisch advies koppelt aan klantgerichtheid.
  • Je lost onvoorziene problemen op met een praktische instelling en zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde deadlines gerespecteerd worden.
  • Naast het operationele werk fungeer je als klankbord en mentor voor junior collega's die kunnen leren van jouw ervaring.
