Werken aan het programma Entree betekent meebouwen aan één van de grootste en meest ambitieuze gebiedsontwikkelingen van Nederland. Je werkt niet alleen aan projecten, maar aan de nieuwe identiteit van Zoetermeer. Wat maakt dit project zo bijzonder: 1. Je bouwt mee aan een compleet nieuwe stadswijk; 2. Je werkt aan een door het Rijk erkende doorbraaklocatie; 3. Unieke binnenstedelijke transformatie; 4. Werken in een multidisciplinair gebiedsteam. Voor deze uitdaging zoeken wij een bevlogen Senior projectleider Openbare Ruimte om te werken aan de openbare ruimte van het complexe programma Entree. In dit programma werken we aan een duurzame, hoogwaardige en aantrekkelijke openbare ruimte. Taakomschrijving Je bent het aanspreekpunten voor de collega's van stadsbeheer voor Programma Entree. Als Senior projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle uitvoering van diverse projecten in de openbare ruimte. Je speelt een centrale rol in het aansturen van projectteams. Ook zorg je voor de technische en contratuele begeleiding van een extern ingenieursbureau.
