Van de Klok Wat is vereist - Bij voorkeur Bouwkunde en/of Real Estate, (Stedenbouw, ruimtelijke ordening en/of architectuur). - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring bij onafhankelijke projectontwikkelaar, ontwikkelende belegger, ontwikkelende aannemer, bouwmanagement- of adviesbureau. - Ervaring met gebieds- en opstalontwikkelingen met een omvang van € 25 - 150 mln. - Ervaring in zowel de juridische, financiële als commerciële aspecten van opstal- en gebiedsontwikkeling Wat krijg je - € 5.500 - € 8.500 afhankelijk van werkervaring en bewezen succes. - Een jaarcontract met de intentie tot een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. - 30 vakantiedagen, goede pensioenregeling en een winstdelingsregeling - Van de Klok biedt volop kansen voor persoonlijke groei, ontwikkeling en werkplezier. Als senior projectontwikkelaar toets en beoordeel je omvangrijke en aansprekende projecten op haalbaarheid en ben je in een vroeg stadium betrokken bij de eerste initiatieven. Je bedenkt in dit proces creatieve woonoplossingen die voldoen aan de klantvraag en jouw voorstellen zijn financieel strak onderbouwd en vanuit verschillende scenario's bekeken. Naarmate jouw projecten steeds concreter worden, krijg je - indien benodigd - ondersteuning van collega-projectontwikkelaars en draag je jouw kennis en vaardigheden aan hen over. In deze rol overzie je hoe resultaten tot stand komen en wie daaraan bijdragen. Verder creëer je samen met collega's een werksfeer waar plezier maken en resultaten boeken hand-in-hand gaan.
