En werk je het liefst in een team waar humor, eerlijkheid en samenwerken centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Senior Recruiter bij APS Personeelservices in Schijndel precies wat je zoekt. Als Senior Recruiter werk je met je eigen klantportefeuille en begeleid je kandidaten van kennismaking tot plaatsing. Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken, denkt mee met klanten en schrijft sterke commerciële teksten zoals vacatures, CV's en presentatieteksten. Je werkt zonder harde targets, maar mét duidelijke doelstellingen waarbij kwaliteit, continuïteit en relatiebeheer centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar dagelijks verhalen worden gedeeld, gelachen wordt om flauwe grappen en waar je altijd je eerlijke mening kunt geven. Binnen APS krijg je de ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in je vak en jezelf inhoudelijk te blijven ontwikkelen. Voor deze rol ontvang je een passend salaris tussen de € 3.100,- en € 3.750,- bruto per maand en maar liefst 29 vrije dagen. Als Senior Recruiter houd jij je bezig met: - Voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken met kandidaten - Werven en begeleiden van kandidaten binnen jouw specialismen - Beheren en uitbreiden van je eigen klantportefeuille - Adviseren van klanten over werving en selectie - Schrijven van commerciële teksten zoals vacatures, CV's en social media posts - Onderhouden van duurzame relaties met kandidaten en opdrachtgevers - Volledige administratie rondom werving en selectie In deze functie is volop ruimte voor eigen inbreng, autonomie en persoonlijke groei.
