Deze medewerker bouwt de loonadministratie op als een zelfstandige unit binnen het kantoor en is, in eerste instantie, verantwoordelijk voor de volledige productie. Bij groei van de loonportefeuille kan de rol doorgroeien naar het aansturen van een klein team; dat is nadrukkelijk nog geen onderdeel van de startfunctie.

Taken Opstellen en verwerken van salarisstroken voor de volledige loonportefeuille Loonaangiften en de afhandeling van vragen van de Belastingdienst Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen over loon, verlof, ziekte en cao-toepassing Aanpassen en aanmaken van arbeidsovereenkomsten op basis van het door een arbeidsrechtadvocaat opgestelde modelcontract per klant, inclusief controle op de juiste cao Signaleren wanneer een situatie juridisch getoetst moet worden in plaats van zelf oplossen Inrichten en verbeteren van het loonproces en de koppelingen met de rest van de administratie

Competenties Werkt zelfstandig en houdt zelf de deadlines van de loonrun in zicht, zonder dagelijkse aansturing Nauwkeurig en procesmatig Communicatief sterk richting ondernemers die weinig van loon weten Houdt cao- en wetswijzigingen zelf bij Bouwt op, denkt in standaardisatie en niet alleen in losse loonruns

Ervaring Minimaal 3 tot5 jaar als salarisadministrateur, bij voorkeur bij een administratie- of accountantskantoor met meerdere cao's in de portefeuille PDL afgerond of vergevorderd; VPS is een pre en rechtvaardigt de bovenkant van de range Ervaring met ten minste één gangbaar salarispakket en met loonaangifte Aantoonbare ervaring met cao-toepassing en met het aanpassen van arbeidsovereenkomsten Ervaring met het volledig zelfstandig draaien van een portefeuille is een knock-out-eis; dit is geen rol met een senior boven zich Locatie en uren 32 tot 40 uur. Deels Amsterdam, deels Biddinghuizen, deels thuis; in de inwerkperiode zwaarder op kantoor om de systemen, mensen en processen te leren kennen.
