Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor een professionele organisatie binnen de publieke sector zoeken wij een Senior Salarisadministrateur. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de salarisadministratie. Je controleert werkzaamheden, adviseert over salaris- en HR-vraagstukken en denkt mee over een toekomstbestendige inrichting van de salarisadministratie. Volledige omschrijving: Als Senior Salarisadministrateur ben je een belangrijke inhoudelijke vraagbaak binnen de organisatie. Je houdt toezicht op de salarisverwerking, controleert mutaties en salarisruns en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie zorgvuldig en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving wordt uitgevoerd. Daarnaast adviseer je over ontwikkelingen binnen de salarisadministratie en de gevolgen daarvan voor de organisatie. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de opdracht is het opstellen van een advies over de toekomstige inrichting van de salarisadministratie, inclusief verschillende scenario's. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren en accorderen van werkzaamheden binnen de salarisadministratie; - Controleren en accorderen van mutaties en salarisruns; - Signaleren en analyseren van inconsistenties en hierover gerichte feedback geven; - Geven van heldere en onderbouwde adviezen over salarisadministratieve vraagstukken; - Bewaken van de planning en voortgang van de salarisadministratie; - Informeren en adviseren over salarisadministratie, f...
