Bij Newtone groeien we met elkaar van enkel verwerken naar een meer adviserende rol om zo een echte sparringpartner te worden met nog meer toegevoegde waarde voor onze klanten. Ben jij klaar om de Salarisadministrateur van de toekomst te worden? Jouw rol Als Senior Salarisadministrateur bij Newtone combineer je jouw operationele expertise met adviesvaardigheden. Je helpt klanten met hun salarisadministratie maar kijkt daarnaast ook mee hoe het beter kan. Je bent actief betrokken bij de nauwkeurige en tijdige salarisverwerking, lost complexe vraagstukken op en biedt deskundig advies aan management en collega's. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het verbeteren van processen, zorgt ervoor dat alles binnen de salarisadministratie soepel verloopt en voldoet aan wet- en regelgeving. Wat ga je doen: - Zorgen voor een vlekkeloze en tijdige uitvoering van de salarisadministratie. - Complexe salarisvraagstukken oplossen en advies geven over loonadministratie en arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Fungeren als interne expert en aanspreekpunt voor management en andere afdelingen. - Een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt zijn voor jouw klanten waarbij je hen proactief adviseert en de relatie verder versterkt. - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen de salarisadministratie en zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Dit heb je - Hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Een afgeronde opleiding PDL, een VPS is een pré - Bij voorkeur kennis van de programma's AFAS, Loket.nl en/of Nmbrs. - Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring binnen de salarisadministratie. - Proactief, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk.
