Für unseren Kunden im Bahnsektor suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit fundiertem Software-Background, die komplexe Programme steuert, Teams verbindet und Projekte mit hoher Eigeninitiative erfolgreich vorantreibt.

Aufgaben * Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer Software-Großprojekte im Railway-Umfeld * Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern * Sicherstellung von Termin-, Budget-, Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement auf Programmebene * Steuerung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten in modernen Technologieumgebungen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwickler*innen, Solution Architekt*innen und technischen Expert*innen * Treffen technischer und organisatorischer Entscheidungen auf Basis eines fundierten technischen Verständnisses * Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie aktives Vorantreiben von Projekten und Veränderungen * Förderung einer agilen, lösungsorientierten und effizienten Arbeitsweise

Profil

Das bringst du mit * Einschlägige Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in in komplexen Software- und Digitalisierungsprojekten * Fundierter Hintergrund in der Softwareentwicklung, beispielsweise mit Java-basierten Systemlandschaften * Nachweislich tiefes technisches Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen, Cloud-Technologien und Entwicklungsprozesse * Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Management von Großprojekten mit mehreren Stakeholdern und hoher organisatorischer Komplexität * Proaktive, dynamische Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und dem Anspruch, Themen aktiv voranzubringen

Das ist von Vorteil * Erfahrung im Railway-, Mobility-, Transport- oder Industrieumfeld * Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-Plattformen und verteilter Softwaresysteme * Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 oder vergleichbar) * Erfahrung mit agilen Frameworks wie Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe
