In de regio van Papendrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een senior transportplanner die zich gaat bezighouden met het aansturen van andere planners. Het begeleiden en coachen waar nodig. Functieomschrijving Wat verwachten wij van onze senior transportplanner: - Aansturen en ondersteunen van het planningsteam, waarbij je planners inhoudelijk begeleidt en helpt in hun ontwikkeling. - Borgen van interne richtlijnen, kwaliteitseisen en transportwetgeving, zoals ADR en rij- en rusttijden. - Garanderen van een optimale afdelingsbezetting, zowel qua capaciteit als kennisniveau. - Monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren van de operationele prestaties en KPI's. - Vormgeven en beheren van het jaarlijkse opleidingsplan voor chauffeurs. - Organiseren van trainingen, zoals Code 95, veiligheidscursussen en klantspecifieke instructies. - Opbouwen van voldoende achtervang binnen het team om pieken en uitval op te vangen. - Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, klanten, teamleads en interne afdelingen zoals HR, SHEQ en de werkplaats. - Zorgdragen voor heldere communicatie over de planning, wijzigingen en incidenten. Dit alles doe je in dagdiensten van maandag t/m vrijdag. Functievereisten Wat verwachten wij van onze nieuwe collega: - MBO+/HBO-werk- en -denkniveau. - Minstens 2 à 3 jaar leidinggevende of coördinerende ervaring binnen de transportsector. - Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van een team. - Ervaring met moderne planningstools, TMS- en ERP-systemen. - Analytisch, oplossingsgericht en proactief ingesteld. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels; Duits of Frans is een pluspunt.
