Jij draagt bij aan het succes van onze projecten! Als senior werkvoorbereider ben je met je team verantwoordelijk voor de werkvoorbereiding van meerdere complexe projecten. Je bent een natuurlijke leider die collega's motiveert en coacht in hun ontwikkeling. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je voor heldere afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen en creëer je een open werksfeer waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning, inkoopschema's en kosten en zorgt ervoor dat alles op een veilige en milieubewuste manier verloopt. Samen met de projectleider houd je de voortgang nauwlettend in de gaten. Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke (leidinggevende) rol en bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken. Werkzaamheden die daarbij komen kijken zijn o.a.: - Het begeleiden en leidinggeven aan collega (junior-)werkvoorbereiders; - Inspireren, motiveren, opleiden en stimuleren van het team; - Contact onderhouden met alle betrokkenen, zoals architect, opdrachtgever en projectteam; - Rapporteren aan de projectleider; - Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de werkvoorbereiding tot en met oplevering en overdracht; - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen; - Co...
