Vanaf het moment dat iemand met zijn auto binnenrijdt tot het ophalen na het werkplaatsbezoek ben jij hun aanspreekpunt - vriendelijk, deskundig en duidelijk. Je werkt aan de frontoffice en draait mee in een team waar klantbeleving en kwaliteit hand in hand gaan. Een dag in jouw schoenen ziet er zo uit: - Je begroet de klant persoonlijk en zorgt voor een prettige eerste indruk. - Je inventariseert wat er aan de auto moet gebeuren en vertaalt die vraag naar concrete werkafspraken voor de werkplaats. - Verandert er iets gedurende de dag in doorlooptijd of werkzaamheden? Dan ben jij degene die de klant netjes meeneemt in de update. - Bij het ophalen leg je in heldere taal uit wat er is gebeurd, zodat de klant precies weet wat er voor zijn geld is gedaan. - Je signaleert kansen om de klant nog beter van dienst te zijn - een extra service, een passende uitbreiding - en bespreekt die op een prettige, niet-opdringerige manier.
