Wir verstärken unser Team :-) - starten SIE Ihre Karriere im Autohaus Maly. 1 SERVICE-ASSISTENT (m/w/d) Der SERVICE-ASSISTENT (m/w/d) unterstützt den Serviceberater organisatorisch und ist oft der erste Kontaktpunkt für Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Kundenbetreuung - Sie beraten unsere Kunden zu Service- und Reparaturleistungen und sorgen für ein erstklassiges Betreuungserlebnis.

* Auftragsabwicklung - Erstellung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Werkstattaufträgen.

* Technische Beratung - Einschätzung von Fahrzeugzuständen und Empfehlung passender Maßnahmen.

* Qualitätskontrolle - Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceprozesses und hoher Kundenzufriedenheit.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (KFZ-Technik von Vorteil)

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent

* Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen

* Freude an Beratung und Problemlösung

* Führerschein der Klasse B
