Als Hotel Operations Manager Valk Store zorg jij ervoor dat onze retailconcepten in ieder hotel tot leven komen. Jouw werk Valk Store groeit uit tot een volwaardig retailplatform binnen Van der Valk. Naast e-commerce en retailpartners vormen de hotelstores een belangrijke pijler binnen de groeistrategie. Als Operations Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, uitrollen en verder professionaliseren van dit hotelkanaal. Je zorgt ervoor dat de hotelstores een herkenbaar, schaalbaar en succesvol retailconcept worden binnen de Van der Valk-organisatie. Daarbij breng je structuur aan in processen, assortimenten, winkelpresentatie, voorraadstromen, distributie en samenwerking met hotels. Je bent nadrukkelijk geen supportrol. Support ligt bij het supportteam. Jij richt je op de operationele inrichting van het hotelkanaal, de uitrol van hotelstores en de samenwerking die nodig is om Valk Store lokaal succesvol te maken. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Valk Store en werkt nauw samen met de Teamlead E-commerce en Partnership Manager. Breng Valk Store tot leven in onze hotels. Als Operations Manager Valk Store ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele ontwikkeling en uitrol van Valk Store binnen de Van der Valk-hotels. Je begeleidt de implementatie van nieuwe hotelstores, ontwikkelt standaarden voor winkelinrichting, assortiment, voorraadbeheer en productpresentatie en zorgt voor een uniforme merkuitstraling en optimale gastbeleving. Je werkt nauw samen met hotels, Valk Inkoop, leveranciers en logistieke partners om processen rondom distributie, bevoorrading en productbeschikbaarheid soepel te laten verlopen.
