The posting

D-NETWORK werft een Service Coordinator / Functional Analyst aan voor een mooie speler in de verzekeringssector. Het gaat om een vaste functie (onbepaalde duur) met alle extralegale voordelen (geen freelancers).

Hybride werken: 60% thuiswerk, 40% op kantoor.

Locatie: Centrum => dicht bij alle openbaar vervoer.

Taken:

  • U analyseert de behoeften en de informatie van de verschillende belanghebbenden, zodat alle elementen aanwezig zijn om tot een kwalitatieve, duurzame en eenvoudige oplossing te komen.
  • Uw einddoel: een kwalitatieve functionele beschrijving.
  • U bent verantwoordelijk voor de delivery (tijd, kwaliteit en scope) van uw realisaties, terwijl u de stabiliteit van de omgeving voor alle klanten garandeert.
  • U coördineert en leidt alle activiteiten die nodig zijn voor de goede uitvoering van de opdrachten en taken.
  • U ziet toe op een doeltreffende samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen.
  • U werkt samen met transversale teams en externe partijen om de oplevering te verzekeren van de functionaliteiten waarvoor u verantwoordelijk bent.
  • U voert de functionele validatie uit vóór de oplevering aan de gebruikers.
  • U respecteert de deadlijnen door middel van een goede inschatting en planning.
  • Afhankelijk van het platform neemt u deel aan de configuratie van de oplossing en draagt u bij aan de implementatie ervan.
  • Een technisch probleem? U bent het eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • U bent de SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) voor uw collega's van Methods.

Profiel:

  • Bachelor (of Master IT) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ideaal een expertise van 3 jaar in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Dankzij uw analytisch en synthetisch denkvermogen leert u snel, om zo een transversale functionele visie te verwerven.
  • U heeft ervaring met de ontwikkeling en implementatie van softwareapplicaties en u kent de analysemethodologieën (UML/BPMN).
  • U past u aan aan de specifieke kenmerken van de klanten. U beschikt over uitstekende luister- en uitlegvaardigheden!
  • U aarzelt niet om zaken in vraag te stellen en nieuwe ideeën voor te stellen.
  • U drukt zich vloeiend uit in het Frans of het Nederlands. U bent in staat om probleemloos een gesprek te volgen of documenten te lezen in de andere taal. U kunt ook in het Engels werken.
  • U heeft een gestructureerde en resultaatsgerichte aanpak.
  • U heeft oog voor detail zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
