Als Service Manager HVAC neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de volledige servicewerking:

  • Je stuurt de serviceorganisatie aan, van onderhoud en interventies tot technische ondersteuning en opvolging.
  • Je geeft leiding aan accountmanagers, planners, administratieve medewerkers en techniekers en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en een efficiënte samenwerking.
  • Je bewaakt planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendabiliteit van de afdeling.
  • Je volgt KPI’s, openstaande opdrachten en achterstanden op en zorgt voor een voorspelbare servicewerking.
  • Je analyseert operationele resultaten en zet gerichte verbeteracties op.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen techniek, planning, administratie, klanten en management.
  • Je neemt complexe klantvragen en operationele escalaties op een rustige en oplossingsgerichte manier voor je rekening.
  • Je coacht medewerkers, geeft feedback en voert waar nodig moeilijke gesprekken.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management en bouwt mee aan de verdere professionalisering van de serviceorganisatie.

We zoeken een people manager die technische voeling combineert met organisatorisch en operationeel inzicht:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen service, onderhoud, technische dienstverlening of een vergelijkbare omgeving, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Kennis van HVAC, verwarming, sanitair of airconditioning is een sterke troef. Ook ervaring binnen een andere technische sector kan relevant zijn.
  • Je begrijpt de samenhang tussen planning, capaciteit, prestaties, klantafspraken en rendement.
  • Je communiceert helder met techniekers, klanten, planners, administratie en management.
  • Je brengt structuur, bewaart het overzicht en durft medewerkers op een respectvolle en duidelijke manier aan te spreken.
  • Je combineert organisatorische nauwkeurigheid met voldoende nabijheid om te weten wat er op de werkvloer leeft.
