Vanuit Deventer verzorg je onderhoud en herstel bij stations, bedrijfspanden en utiliteitsgebouwen. Je krijgt ruimte voor vakmanschap, initiatief en ontwikkeling. Je rijdt met een eigen servicebus naar uiteenlopende locaties en organiseert je werk zorgvuldig. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder meer: - Uitvoeren van bouwkundig onderhoud en timmerwerk. - Herstellen van deuren, kozijnen, wanden, plafonds en vloeren. - Oplossen van storingen en uitvoeren van kleine verbouwingen. - Monteren, vervangen en afstellen van hang- en sluitwerk. - Rapporteren van werkzaamheden en signaleren van vervolgwerk. Je beoordeelt zelfstandig wat een klus nodig heeft, stemt helder af met opdrachtgevers en collega's en zorgt voor een nette oplevering. Bij complexere vragen werk je samen en overtuig je betrokkenen met een praktisch, haalbaar voorstel. Functie-eisen Je hebt ervaring met timmerwerk en voelt je prettig in service en onderhoud. Je werkt nauwkeurig, plant je route en werkzaamheden zelfstandig en houdt oog voor de situatie van de klant. Zo combineer je vakkennis met een betrouwbare, oplossingsgerichte aanpak. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring als timmerman of in een vergelijkbare bouwfunctie. - Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om regionaal op pad te gaan. - Ervaring met bouwkundig onderhoud en reparaties. - Veilige, accurate en kwaliteitsgerichte werkwijze. - Bereidheid tot bereikbaarheidsdienst, circa 2 à 3 weken per jaar.
