Du stehst auf der Bühne des Abends - im direkten Kontakt mit unseren Gästen. Als Servicemitarbeiter_in bist du Gastgeber:in und prägendes Gesicht des Hauses. Mit Aufmerksamkeit, Charme und sicherem Gespür für Timing und Atmosphäre gestaltest du jede Begegnung so, dass sich unsere Gäste willkommen, gesehen und umsorgt fühlen.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Chef de Rang in einem 4-/5-Sterne-Hotel von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Weinkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Freundliches, natürliches Auftreten, aufmerksam und verlässlich

* Teamgeist und Hilfsbereitschaft

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Herzliche, professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste im Restaurant- und Barbereich

* Aktive Beratung zu Speisen und Getränken mit äußerster Kompetenz

* Sicherstellung eines ruhigen, strukturierten Serviceablaufs

* Aufmerksamkeit für Details und individuelle Gästewünsche

* Mise en place, sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung des Servicebereichs

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Serviceleitung und Team
