Servicemanager - Fulltime - Parttime - Regio Breda - 5 uur geleden geplaatst Functiebeschrijving: Als servicemanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de serviceafdeling op de vestiging. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 7 binnendienstmedewerkers en circa 50 buitendienstmedewerkers. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de operatie, waarbij je continu stuurt op kwaliteit, efficiëntie, klanttevredenheid en de ontwikkeling van jouw medewerkers. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de vestigingsmanager. Concreet bestaan jouw taken/verantwoordelijkheden uit: - Het coachen, motiveren en leidinggeven aan medewerkers binnen jouw team. - Het voeren van voortgangs-, functionerings- en verzuimgesprekken en het sturen op prestaties, ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Het managen van de planning van onderhoudscontracten en de capaciteitsplanning van servicemonteurs. - Het signaleren van knelpunten binnen de operatie en het tijdig bijsturen om de kwaliteit, productiviteit en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen. - Het continu verbeteren van de service kernprocessen zoals o.a. preventief - en correctief onderhoud, planning en werkvoorbereiding, om de resultaten te verbeteren en klant- en werknemerstevredenheid te verhogen. - Het onderhouden van klant relaties en zorgdragen voor een professionele dienstverlening richting klanten. - Het bewaken van de voortgang en resultaten van de afdeling. Over onze opdrachtgever: De opdrachtgever is een bekende technische dienstverlener binnen de installatietechniek. De vestiging waar deze vacature open staat begeeft zich in de omgeving van Breda, en kent een uiteenlopend assortiment van met name werktuigbouwkundige installaties en klimaatinstallaties in de woningbouw en kleine utiliteit zoals verwarmingsinstallaties, ventilatiesystemen en warmtepompen.
