Servicemonteur Offshore - Zaandam - 40 uur - In loondienst - €3500 - €4500 Jouw vakmanschap telt op zee twee werkende mannen met bouwhelm en veiligheidsbril Aanbod Je komt terecht in een organisatie die weet wat vakmanschap waard is en die daar ook naar handelt. Je krijgt een contract met zekerheid, een salaris dat past bij je ervaring en secundaire voorwaarden die solide zijn. Daarnaast werk je in een cultuur waarin je als gelijke behandeld wordt en waarin je de ruimte krijgt om je werk te doen zonder dat er voortdurend over je schouder wordt meegekeken. Wat je van ons mag verwachten: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3500 en €4500, afhankelijk van je ervaring en kwalificaties; - Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd na een succesvolle periode; - Reiskostenvergoeding en een vergoeding voor offshore-werkzaamheden; - Pensioenregeling conform de CAO Metalektro; - 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband; - Bedrijfskleding en gereedschap dat je nodig hebt om je werk goed te doen; - Een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen en directe communicatie; - Ruimte voor eigen inbreng en het meedenken over technische vraagstukken; - Mogelijkheden om je certificeringen up-to-date te houden en waar nodig aanvullende trainingen te volgen; - Samenwerking met ervaren collega's die hun vak verstaan en die klaarstaan als dat nodig is.
