Je analyseert de huidige inrichting, signaleert verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen, zodat het platform optimaal aansluit bij de wensen van de organisatie en haar gebruikers Hoofdtaken en Verantwoordelijkheden - Dragen van de operationele verantwoordelijkheid voor het ServiceNow-platform (focus op ITSM). - Analyseren, prioriteren en zelfstandig oplossen van complexe incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken. - Vertalen van businesswensen naar concrete functionele en technische platformoplossingen. - Adviseren van het management en stakeholders over procesoptimalisatie en release-updates. - Configureren van dashboards, rapportages en het beheren van gebruikersautorisaties. Profiel - Relevante hbo/wo-opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in ServiceNow-beheer. - Bij voorkeur in het bezit van de certificering ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - Grondige kennis van ITIL-processen en best practices. - Ervaring met JavaScript, workflows en platformintegraties is een pre. - Analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en gewend om projectmatig te werken. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
