Möchten Sie die Zukunft der pharmazeutischen Produktion aktiv mitgestalten? Als Shift Lead II Automation Assembly & Packaging treiben Sie innovative Automatisierungslösungen wie AGVs und Cobots voran. Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams unterstützen Sie die Implementierung neuer Technologien, fördern kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und sichern hohe Qualitäts- und Effizienzstandards.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

· Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen bei der Implementierung von Automatisierungssystemen wie AGVs und Cobots im pharmazeutischen Produktionsumfeld

· Unterstützung beim Aufbau, der Qualifizierung und Inbetriebnahme von Automatisierungssystemen

· Erstellung von Schulungen und SOPs für Produktionsmitarbeiter

· Training und Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeiter

· Identifizierung und Lösung automatisierungsbezogener Herausforderungen im Produktionsprozess

· Planung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung

· Sicherstellung der Produktionsstandards und Qualitätsrichtlinien

· Arbeiten im Gleitzeitmodell von Montag bis Freitag mit flexiblem Zeitkonto

Was Sie für die Position mitbringen

· GxP-Produktionserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie sowie technischer Lehrabschluss, Meisterausbildung oder vergleichbarer HTL-Abschluss in Automatisierung, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Ähnlichem

· Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Entwicklung technischer Lösungen

· Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

· Sorgfältigkeit, Präzision und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

· Teamfähigkeit sowie Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz

· Begeisterung für verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeiten im Produktionsumfeld

· Deutschkenntnisse zur einwandfreien Verständigung in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse

· Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP, LMS und MES
