Beschrijving Jij houdt ervan om dingen strak, schoon en georganiseerd te zien! Als Shiftleader housekeeping ben jij het kloppend hart van de dagelijkse operatie. Je werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer maar je bent ook degene die het team motiveert, begeleidt en zorgt dat iedereen precies weet wat er moet gebeuren. Met jouw energie, overzicht en hands-on mentaliteit loopt de schoonmaak vlekkeloos en dat merken onze gasten meteen. Wat ga je doen? - Je werkt mee in de schoonmaak en geeft het goede voorbeeld; - Je stuurt collega's aan en zorgt voor een fijne, duidelijke werkflow; - Je rapporteert aan de Housekeeping manager: - Je signaleert technische mankementen; - Je onderhoudt contact met de receptie over kamer statussen; - Je helpt nieuwe collega's op weg en leert ze de fijne kneepjes van het vak; - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en houdt de standaard hoog; - Je verzorgt klein wasgoed en zorgt dat materialen op orde zijn; - Dankzij jouw inzet voelt elke gast zich welkom in een perfect verzorgde omgeving. We zoeken per direct een representatieve, gedreven shiftleader voor 24 tot 38 uur per week. Wat mag je verwachten? - Een salaris tussen €2500,- en €2770,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 38 uur per week; - Deze functie is direct beschikbaar en vanaf 24 uur per week; - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km; - Je wordt ingewerkt in ons huidige Van der Valk hotel Maastricht; - Je werkt voornamelijk dagdiensten en bent daarnaast inzetbaar in weekenden en tijdens feestdagen; - Het rooster wordt in overleg ...
