Je denkt in oplossingen en leert processen snel te begrijpen. Je werkt graag binnen een omgeving waar precisie voorop staat. Met jouw inzicht houd je de assemblagelijnen in beweging. Je beschikt over de volgende kwaliteiten: - Mbo 3- of mbo 4-diploma mechatronica of elektronica. - 1 jaar of langere ervaring met SMD-assemblagetechniek en soldeerprocessen. - Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen zoals IPC-A-610. - Bereidheid om te werken in 3-ploegendienst. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. wat ga je doen Als SMD operator bij Benchmark in Almelo stel je Pick & Place machines in voor de productie van printplaten. Hierdoor vergroot je je kennis van micro-elektronica! Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit met automatische optische inspectie. Dit zorgt voor trots op het resultaat en werkplezier.
