The posting

Voor een gespecialiseerd en groeiend technisch bedrijf in regio Zele wordt een Smeertechnieker gezocht voor het onderhoud, de controle en herstelling van automatische smeersystemen bij industriële klanten.

De technieker werkt voornamelijk op locatie en combineert mechanisch onderhoud, storingsanalyse, leidingwerk en preventieve smeertechniek.

  • Uitvoeren van geplande smeerwerkzaamheden volgens een technisch smeerplan.
  • Controleren en onderhouden van automatische smeersystemen.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en herstellen van technische storingen aan smeersystemen.
  • Controleren van mechanische onderdelen en detecteren van mogelijke problemen aan installaties.
  • Werken aan onderdelen zoals lagers, koppelingen, motoren en andere mechanische componenten.
  • Inmeten, prefabriceren, plooien en monteren van tubing tot 12 mm.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen, smeerplannen en isometrische leidingplannen.
  • Zelfstandig uitwerken en tekenen van eenvoudige isometrische leidingplannen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische controles met het juiste meet- en handgereedschap.
  • Signaleren van technische risico's, afwijkingen en mogelijke meerwerken.
  • Adviseren van klanten over verbeteringen aan bestaande systemen.
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in servicerapporten.
  • Strikt naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en correct gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.
  • Zelfstandig plannen en uitvoeren van werkzaamheden binnen de afgesproken deadlines.
  • Rapporteren aan de Teamleader of onderhoudsverantwoordelijke.
  • Beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs in elektromechanica, mechanica of een andere technische/STEM-richting, of is gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Heeft een goede basiskennis van mechanica en elektromechanica.
  • Heeft kennis van of ervaring met lagers, koppelingen, motoren en mechanische aandrijvingen.
  • Kan technische plannen zelfstandig lezen en correct interpreteren.
  • Kan smeerplannen lezen en deze vertalen naar de uit te voeren werkzaamheden.
  • Kan isometrische leidingplannen lezen en bij voorkeur ook zelf uitwerken.
  • Beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en kan mechanische problemen herkennen.
  • Kan gericht zoeken naar de oorzaak van een storing en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Kan overweg met standaard technisch gereedschap, meetgereedschap, smeerpompen en plooigereedschap.
  • Heeft bij voorkeur kennis van automatische smeersystemen, zoals enkellijn-, dubbellijn- of progressieve systemen.
  • Kan zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een technische opdracht.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en veilig.
  • Is flexibel naar verschillende klanten, opdrachten en werkomstandigheden.
  • Is klantgericht en kan technische vaststellingen duidelijk communiceren.
  • Kan basisadministratie uitvoeren via pc, tablet of smartphone.
  • Spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Een rijbewijs voor aanhangwagen vormt een extra pluspunt.
  • Beschikt bij voorkeur over een VCA-basisattest en eventueel een EHBO-certificaat.
