Solution Advisor Lokale Overheden

Als Solution Advisor Lokale Overheden begeleid en inspireer je steden en gemeenten in Vlaanderen bij hun digitale transformatie. Je vertaalt beleidsdoelstellingen en administratieve noden naar duurzame IT‑oplossingen die passen binnen het wettelijke, organisatorische en budgettaire kader van de lokale overheid.

Je treedt op als strategisch en commercieel en positioneert ConXioN als betrouwbare IT‑partner op lange termijn. Je zal bij opstart ondergedompeld worden in het ConXioN-portfolio van lokale overheden en meegenomen worden in de samenwerking met de verschillende interne teams.

Jouw day to day als Solution Advisor Lokale Overheden:

  • Je zorgt voor het beheer en uitbouw van een bestaande klantenportefeuille van Vlaamse steden en gemeenten.
  • Je detecteert proactief de noden rond digitalisering van dienstverlening, informatieveiligheid & GDPR, cloud‑ en hybride infrastructuren, Modern Workplace & Microsoft 365, data, rapportering en AI‑toepassingen.
  • Je bouwt relaties met beleidsverantwoordelijken, algemeen directeurs, IT‑coördinatoren en diensthoofden.
  • Je vertaalt beleids- en organisatiedoelstellingen naar futureproof IT‑strategieën.
  • Je coördineert het volledige salestraject. Van analyse en advisering tot opmaak van voorstellen en offertes. Je stemt af met presales, architecten en delivery. Je zet actief in op je relatie met collega’s uit sales, architectuur en delivery om een kwalitatief, correct en transparant salesproces te garanderen.
  • Daarnaast werk je ook mee aan raamcontracten, overheidsopdrachten en lange termijn roadmaps voor lokale besturen.
  • Je creëert het imago van een trusted advisor binnen de publieke sector.

Als Solution Advisor Lokale Overheden zal je optreden als strategisch en commercieel aanspreekpunt voor steden en gemeenten en positioneer je ConXioN als betrouwbare IT‑partner op lange termijn.

  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van de Vlaamse markt van steden en gemeenten, en hebt een aantoonbare ervaring in een salesrol binnen de publieke sector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met managed services, cloud & hybride infrastructuren, M365, cybersecurity & compliance, data- en AI-toepassingen, of hebt een sterke affiniteit/aanleg voor deze scope.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of begrip van overheidsopdrachten, raamcontracten en besluitvormingsprocessen binnen lokale besturen.
  • Je beschikt over een strategisch en analytisch denkvermogen. Daarnaast ben je een relatiebouwer met focus op vertrouwen, transparantie en continuïteit.
  • Je kan IT-team naar duidelijke bestuurstaal vertalen.
  • Je werkt autonoom, maar gelooft sterk in samenwerking met delivery teams.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je te verplaatsen over gans regio Vlaanderen.
