De functie omvat twee hoofdtaken:

Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige implementatie van nieuwe magazijnactiviteiten in teamverband met de afdelingen Operations, Engineering, Key Account Management, Systems Department, Customs en, niet te vergeten, de klant.

  • Coördinatie van teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van alle taken (WMS-installatie, gebouwinrichting, training, enz.).
  • Controle over de reikwijdte, het budget en de planning om een ​​succesvolle start te realiseren voor zowel KTN als de klant, en om de voorspelde KPI's en winstgevendheid te behalen.
  • Beheer het proces van het leren van lessen en deel deze met de verschillende teams, zowel op operationeel als op financieel niveau.

Als Solutions Engineer beheer je in teamverband RFI's, RFP's en RFQ's en lever je concurrerende concepten op basis van de eisen van de klant.

  • Analyses van logistieke gegevens
  • Ontwerp en pas magazijnprocessen/automatisering aan.
  • Ontwerp de indeling van een magazijn.
  • Prijzen berekenen
  • Dien aantrekkelijke en professionele voorstellen in.

Sluit je aan bij het Business Development-team en ondersteun hen bij onderhandelingen met nieuwe klanten.

  • Aantoonbare ervaring: minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in logistiek/magazijnbeheer
  • Relevante ervaring binnen functie: minimaal 4 jaar
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden (kostenberekeningen, ROI, productiviteit, procesontwerp, ...)
  • People manager & klantgericht
  • Probleemoplosser, praktisch ingesteld, teamspeler
  • In staat om met korte deadlines om te gaan.
  • Bereidheid om naar het buitenland te reizen is een vereiste (maximale periode van 3 maanden)
