In de regio Antwerpen zoekt onze opdrachtgever een dedicated en innovatieve Solutions Engineer die meegroeit met een toonaangevende speler in de industriële sector. Deze functie biedt de kans om technisch impact te maken in een groeiend bedrijf dat volop in beweging is. Het is een unieke gelegenheid voor een enthousiaste professional die klaar is voor een volgende stap in zijn carrière, binnen een inspirerende en dynamische werkomgeving.

De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige implementatie van nieuwe warehouseactiviteiten en werkt hiervoor samen met Operations, Engineering, Systems, Customs, Key Account Management en de klant.
  • Je coördineert de teams die instaan voor onder andere WMS-configuraties, gebouwinrichting en opleidingen, en zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten volgens planning verlopen.
  • Je bewaakt de scope, het budget en de timing van projecten om een succesvolle opstart en de vooropgestelde KPI's en rendabiliteit te realiseren.
  • Je beheert RFI-, RFP- en RFQ-trajecten en ontwikkelt logistieke oplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je analyseert logistieke data, ontwerpt warehouseprocessen en lay-outs, maakt prijsberekeningen en ondersteunt het Business Development-team tijdens onderhandelingen met nieuwe klanten.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen logistiek of warehouse operations en kunt terugvallen op een bewezen trackrecord.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en hebt ervaring met kostencalculaties, ROI-berekeningen, productiviteitsanalyses en procesontwerp.
  • Je bent klantgericht, beschikt over sterke people management vaardigheden en weet teams te motiveren en aan te sturen.
  • Je bent een hands-on probleemoplosser, werkt graag samen met anderen en kunt efficiënt omgaan met korte deadlines.
  • Je beheerst het Engels uitstekend, kennis van Nederlands en Frans is een pluspunt, en je bent bereid om internationaal te reizen voor periodes tot maximaal drie maanden.
