Zur Verstärkung in unserem Betriebsrestaurant in Pettenbach und Sattledt suchen wir aktuell eine/n motivierte/n Sous-Chef/in, der/die den "Taste of Fronius" aktiv mitgestalten möchte. Echtes Kochhandwerk anstatt Convenience und Geschmacksverstärkern, frische Produkte aus der Region und ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln sind dabei unser Anspruch.

In dieser spannenden Position interpretierst du den vorgegebenen Menüplan für deine Gäste gemeinsam mit den restlichen Teammitgliedern. Dabei bringst du gerne eigene Ideen ein und probierst auch Neues aus. Neben der Zubereitung von Speisen kümmerst du dich organisatorisch um Einkaufsabwicklungen, Lebensmittelbestellungen sowie um die Koordination aller Abläufe und Arbeiten in unserem Betriebsrestaurant selbst. Des Weiteren erhältst du als Vertretung des Küchenleiters die fachliche Verantwortung für die gesamten Küchenprozesse inkl. laufender Überwachung der Hygienestandards und übernimmst auch Personalthemen.

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position erwünscht

* Freude am Umgang mit Gästen sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen

* Ausgeprägten Sinn für Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Kommunikatives und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsgeschick & Teamgeist

* Flexibilität

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) für Gastronomie und Hotellerie. Wir bieten einen Mindestwert ab 2.650,00 € brutto monatlich. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
