Voor Peen prestigieuze evenementenlocatie en gastronomisch restaurant in de Vlaamse Ardennen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Souschef met passie voor gastronomie en oog voor detail. Als souschef ben je de rechterhand van de chef en speel je een sleutelrol binnen de dagelijkse werking van de keuken.

Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, ondersteunt het team en draagt actief bij aan de creatie en uitvoering van verfijnde menu's voor zowel het restaurant als exclusieve privé- en bedrijfsevents. Je komt terecht in een klassezaak waar vakmanschap, verfijning en culinaire beleving centraal staan.

We zoeken iemand die zich op lange termijn wil engageren en mee wil bouwen aan het verdere succes van onze keuken.

Uurrooster:

Fulltime tewerkstelling Afwisseling tussen restaurantservice en events
