TUI BLUE Schladming steht für Aktivität - Qualität - Individualität und ist ein modernes 3* Aktiv- und Lifestyle Hotel mit gehobenen Qualitätsanforderungen und 107 Zimmern in bester Lage direkt an der Planai Seilbahn zentral in Schladming.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams: 1 Souschef (m./w.) ab Anfang Dezember 2026

Deine Aufgaben:

* Die Betreuung der HP-Gäste, Buffet-Vorbereitung von Hauptspeisen, Saucen, Beilagen, Suppen, Desserts, sowie auch veganen Gerichten.

* Die Organisation einer reibungslosen Abend-Ausgabe.

* Führung des Küchenteams in Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs.

* Erfahrung mit Menüplanung und -Erstellung anhand im Rahmen des BLUE Taste Konzeptes.

* Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftsplanung & Bestellungen.

* Die Annahme und Kontrolle von Lieferungen und die Kontrolle der Lagerung in Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs.

* Das Sicherstellen einer zweckmäßigen und hygienisch einwandfreien Lagerung der Speisen.

* Erfahrung mit Dienstplangestaltung.

* Das Umsetzen unserer TUI BLUE Service- und Qualitätsstandards in der Küche und die regelmäßige Qualitätskontrolle des HP-Buffets.

* Das Einhalten der Küchenhygiene nach HACCP-Richtlinien in der Küche

Zu dir:

* Abgeschlossen Berufsausbildung und relevante, nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung.

* Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.

* Freude am Kochen und dem Präsentieren von Speisen.

* Freundlicher respektvoller Teamplayer und Gastgeber.

* Verlässlich, engagiert, qualitätsorientiert und belastbar.

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (beide C1), weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil.
