Die Psychosoziale Zentren gGmbH (PSZ gGmbH) ist mit 30 Standorten und rund 500 Mitarbeiter*innen einer der größten Träger Niederösterreichs im psychosozialen Bereich. Unsere Aufgabe ist die extramurale Beratung, Betreuung und Behandlung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen.

Zielgruppe der Suchtberatungen sind Personen, die eine Abhängigkeit von Substanzen (legal oder illegal) bereits entwickelt haben oder abhängigkeitsgefährdet sind, sowie deren Angehörige.

Wir suchen für den Standort Stockerau ab sofort eine*n 1 Sozialarbeiter*in (m/w/d) 20h / Woche

Aufgabenbereiche

* Ambulante psychosoziale und sozialarbeiterische Beratung und Betreuung von Menschen, die von einer psychoaktiven Substanz abhängig sind oder Sorge haben, eine Abhängigkeit zu entwickeln

* Beratung und Betreuung von Menschen mit Verhaltenssüchten

* Beratung und Betreuung von deren Angehörigen oder anderen Personen aus deren sozialem Umfeld

* Dokumentation und Administration dieser Tätigkeiten

* Zusammenarbeit und fachlicher Austausch mit Kolleg*innen aus Sozialarbeit, Medizin und Psychotherapie

Anforderungsprofil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialarbeiter*in (DSA, Mag. (FH), BA, MA)

* Expertise in Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit mit der Zielgruppe

* Bereitschaft zur extramuralen Versorgung

* ressourcenorientiertes Arbeiten und Freude an eigenständiger Tätigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
