Als Mitarbeiter*in von SOS-Kinderdorf begleitest du Kinder und Jugendliche in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben und machst dich für ihre Rechte und Anliegen stark!

In der Krisenwohngruppe Barbakus in Moosburg werden 14 akut gefährdete Kinder im Alter von 3 bis 10 Jahren rasch und unbürokratisch zur weiteren Klärung ihrer Perspektiven untergebracht. In der Betreuung und Begleitung steht die passgenaue Abstimmung der Arbeit auf die Bedürfnisse der einzelnen Kinder sowie die individuelle Gestaltung des pädagogischen Alltags im Vordergrund.

Die Betreuung der Kinder erfolgt in zwei getrennten Gruppen mit jeweils 7 Kindern. 1 Sozialpädagog*in, Sozialarbeiter*in oder Psycholog*in (m/w/d) Arbeitsort: SOS Kinderdorf Moosburg Krisenwohngruppe Barbakus

Ausmaß: 30 Stunden pro Woche im Turnusdienst

Deine Aufgaben

* Pädagogische Alltags- und Freizeitgestaltung in einem interdisziplinären Team aus Sozialpädagog*innen, Familienberater*innen, Psycholog*innen und Fachärzt*innen

* Betreuung im Rahmen von dualer Bezugsbetreuung

* Beziehungsgestaltung

* Kooperation mit den Herkunfts- und Helfersystemen

* Betreuungsplanung, Dokumentation und Umsetzung von Zielvereinbarungen

Was du mitbringst

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit 180 ECTS oder 3000 Ausbildungsstunden im Bereich Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik / Pädagogik / Erziehungswissenschaften / Psychologie oder mindestens 120ECTS einer Ausbildung in diesen Bereichen, wenn die Ausbildung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist

* Traumapädagogische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Organisationstalent und Blick für das große Ganze

* Eigenverantwortliches Handeln und Arbeiten sowie Bereitschaft zur pädagogischen Teamarbeit

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität im Umgang mit Kindern

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 30 Wochenstunden zwischen € 2.580,82 und € 3.128,25 zzgl. einer 2%igen Turnuszulage (€ 51,62 bis € 62,56) und weiteren Zulagen für Nacht- und Wochenenddienste. Ein Nachtdienst wird mit € 94,63 vergütet, ein Sonntag ab 6h Arbeitszeit mit € 108,63 (unter 6h aliquot). Für eine exakte Berechnung werden die Vordienstzeiten berücksichtigt.
