Klanten kiezen voor Dynamo Lease om hun processen te verbeteren, maar echte waarde ontstaat pas wanneer het platform actief wordt gebruikt binnen de organisatie. Daarom zoeken wij een Customer Success Specialist Fietslease die ervoor zorgt dat klanten niet blijven hangen na de contractfase, maar daadwerkelijk live gaan en hun medewerkers activeren om gebruik te maken van Dynamo Lease. Jij bent de schakel tussen een nieuwe klant en een klant die écht resultaat behaalt. Je begeleidt klanten vanaf onboarding, zorgt voor een succesvolle implementatie en stimuleert actief gebruik binnen organisaties. Daarbij neem je ownership over het succes van jouw klanten en werk je mee aan een schaalbare Customer Success-aanpak die onze groei ondersteunt. Wat ga je doen? Een groot aantal klanten heeft inmiddels gekozen voor Dynamo Lease. Contracten zijn getekend, kredietchecks zijn afgerond en alles staat klaar voor een succesvolle start. Toch zien we dat niet iedere klant direct actief start of de samenwerking met Dynamo Lease optimaal inzet. Een samenwerking op papier leidt nog niet meteen naar medewerkers op de fiets.
