TROGROUP GmbH is looking for a 1 Specialist IT Infrastructure - Cloud and Datacenter (m/w/x)

Your responsibilities

* Ensuring reliable day-to-day operations of datacenter and cloud infrastructure environments

* Operating, monitoring, and maintaining hybrid infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, and cloud services

* Managing and optimizing system performance, availability, and capacity

* Executing incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL practices

* Providing 2nd and 3rd level support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex incidents

* Maintaining and operating Active Directory and Entra services (identity, authentication, policies)

* Implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam) and ensuring disaster recovery readiness

* Collaborating closely with Architecture teams to implement new solutions and ensure smooth transitions into operations

* Ensuring compliance with IT security policies in coordination with the CISO

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and operational procedures

* Monitoring infrastructure health and proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities

* Coordinating with external providers and vendors for support and service delivery

* Supporting automation and continuous improvement of operational processes

Your profile

* Good command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking)

* Strong operational mindset with focus on stability, reliability, and service quality

* Hands-on experience in operating complex IT environments (virtualization, high availability, global setups)

* Solid experiens with Window and Linux Server, VMware vSphere or comparable virtualization platforms, Backup solutions, Cloud platforms, Active Directory

* Certifications fitting to the job are welcome

* Basic-to-intermediate knowledge in networking technologies

* Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes

* Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong troubleshooting skills

* Strong service and customer orientation when working with internal users and external partners

* Team player with good self-organization and ability to work under pressure

* High degree of reliability, responsibility, and ownership

* Willingness to travel
