Deine Mission

* Du entwickelst und realisierst Lern- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte

* Du planst, koordinierst und begleitest Trainings, Workshops sowie digitale und hybride Lernformate

* Du wirkst an People-Development-Initiativen mit, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Onboarding, Führungskräfteentwicklung, Produkteschulungen und Mitarbeiterbefragungen

* Du bereitest Präsentationen, Workshop-Unterlagen und weitere Kommunikations- und Lernmaterialien zielgruppengerecht auf

* Du arbeitest in bereichsübergreifenden HR- und People-&-Culture-Projekten mit und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Angeboten

Dein Match mit uns

* Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Human Resources, Personalentwicklung, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Betriebswirtschaft; alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung und passenden Weiterbildungen

* Erste Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, im Learning & Development, HR oder People & Culture sowie in der Organisation und Begleitung von Trainings, Workshops oder Entwicklungsmaßnahmen

* Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - kombiniert mit Umsetzungsstärke und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch

* Freude daran, Prozesse und Angebote weiterzuentwickeln, zu optimieren und pragmatische Lösungen umzusetzen

* Affinität zu digitalen Tools sowie Interesse an Digitalisierung und Automatisierung im HR- und People-Development-Umfeld

* Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
