Copy Link Jouw rol Als Specialist Verzuim, Inkomen & Arbeidsongeschiktheid ben je dé specialist op het gebied van WGA gerelateerde verzekeringen binnen de organisatie. Je adviseert klanten over inkomensverzekeringen en aanverwante arbeidsongeschiktheidsregelingen, met als doel de risico's van langdurig verzuim en arbeidsongeschiktheid voor werkgevers beheersbaar te houden. Je werkt intensief samen met de buitendienst consultants om hen te ondersteunen met diepgaande expertise en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van de dienstverlening richting relaties. Dit ga je doen In deze rol onderhoud je een intensieve samenwerking met de buitendienst consultants, waarbij je hen voorziet van inhoudelijke ondersteuning bij klantbezoeken en adviestrajecten. Werkzaamheden hierbij zijn het voorbereiden van presentaties, offertes en analyses ter ondersteuning van de buitendienst. Hierin ben je zeker in de informatievoorziening richting klanten. Deze informatie is altijd accuraat en actueel conform de actuele wet- en regelgeving. Je voert risico analyses uit voor klanten om hun risico's op arbeidsongeschiktheid in kaart te brengen en op maat gesneden verzekeringsoplossingen te adviseren. Je bent hierbij zeker in de laatste ontwikkelingen in de markt en deze vertaal je naar nieuwe adviezen en producten. Dit breng je mee - Hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Je bent in bezit van Wft Basis, Wft Schade en Wft Inkomen. - Kennis van WGA, ZW en verzuimverzekeringen is een must. - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol bij een verzekeraar of intermediair, met een sterke focus op inkomensverzekeringen en WGA. - Ervaring met het a...
