Speisenträger (m/w/d)

* Training zum Führen einer Station (Aufbau zum Demi Chef de Rang nach Beurteilung des Restaurantleiters)

* Aufmerksame & freundliche Betreuung der Gäste

* Assistent von Demi Chef de Rang und Chef de Rang

* Tägliche Mise en Place Arbeiten

* Einhaltung der Sauberkeit, Hygienestandards und Instandhaltung des Restaurant- und Office-Bereiches inklusive Equipment

* Serviceabläufe laut SHF Standards und Checklisten

* Unterstützung der SHF Bar Crew

TOP Qualifikation:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie / Gastronomie

* Zusatzausbildungen von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in Speisen- und Getränkekunde

* Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
