Functie inhoud Als senior uitvoerder heb je dagelijks de leiding over een bouwproject en ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor de kwaliteit en voortgang hiervan. Je ziet toe op een ordelijke bouwplaats en je zorgt voor de aanwezigheid van voldoende materialen en materieel. Je bepaalt en bewaakt in overleg met de projectleider en werkvoorbereider de inzet van productiemiddelen en draagt zorg voor tijdige aanwezigheid hiervan. Ook instrueer en coach je bouwplaatsmedewerkers en eventueel deel-uitvoerders met betrekking tot de realisatie van het bouwproject. Overkoepeld bewaak je de voortgang van het project binnen vastgestelde tijdsafspraken en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimaal kwaliteitsniveau van het bouwproject conform de contractuele afspraken met opdrachtgevers.
