Für den Standort "Kaiserhof" ist mit sofortigem Eintritt folgende Stelle vakant: 1 Stationsleitung (w/m/d) Unser Ziel ist es, unsere Bewohner*Innen in ihren goldenen Jahren nicht nur durch individuelle, pflegefachliche Versorgung zu unterstützen, sondern ihnen auch durch Geborgenheit, menschliche Nähe und Wärme eine angenehme Zeit zu bieten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams im "Kaiserhof" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine erfahrene und motivierte

Stationsleitung (m/w/d)

Aufgabengebiete:

* Erarbeitung neuer Konzepte gemeinsam mit der Pflegedienstleitung

* Förderung eines wertschätzenden und motivierenden Arbeitsumfelds im Team

* Mitwirkung bei der Einarbeitung, Förderung und fachlichen Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter_innen

* Verantwortung für eine professionelle Pflegeprozessdokumentation und -evaluation

* Visiten-, Wund- und Medikamentenmanagement

* Administrative Tätigkeiten, Vertretung von PDL

* Bereitschaft zu regulären DGKP-Diensten (Tag-, Nachtdienste und vereinzelte Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste)

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung "Basales und mittleres Pflegemanagement" gem. § 64 GuKG (oder gleichwertige Sonderausbildung für Führungsaufgaben nach früherer Rechtslage)

* gute Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Stressresistenz, Flexibilität und Motivation

* umsichtiges Denken und Handeln

* gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* wertschätzender Umgang mit älteren und beeinträchtigten Menschen
