Aufgaben

* Du erlebst ein intensives, maßgeschneidertes Training "on the Job" und wirst auf deine zukünftigen Aufgaben vorbereitet

* Du verantwortest als stellvertretende Teamleitung ein kleines Team von bis zu 15 Mitarbeiter*innen und arbeitest aktiv in der Sortierung mit

* Du lernst das Tagesgeschäft in all seinen Facetten kennen und unterstützt dabei die Gruppenleitung

* Du wirst in spannende Projekte eingebunden und übernimmst auch eigene Verantwortungsbereiche

* Du bist nach dem Training soweit dein eigenes Team zu leiten und zu unterstützen

Qualifikationen

* Erste Berufserfahrungen in Produktion & Logistik, sowie Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse

* Du hast eine praktisch orientierte Persönlichkeit mit kommunikationsstarkem Auftreten, Verhandlungssicherheit und Fingerspitzengefühl

* Du verfügst über gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereit zur Schichtarbeit (3 Schicht)
